1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns in limited cases:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Your order was incomplete or missing items.

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@dryfruitsdaily.com, including:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

2. Refunds

Once your return or issue is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or partially used food items

  • Products returned without original packaging or seals

  • Discounted or promotional items

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
